Why we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide Nura, advisory and assessment-related services, deliver interview analysis, transcription, reporting and related insights, support psychometric assessment, behavioural insight and advisory work, manage client, supplier and partner relationships, arrange meetings, demos and follow-up communications, improve our website, tools, services and user experience, monitor, secure and maintain our systems, prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised access, and comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

Interview recordings, transcripts and analysis

Where Nura or related services are used to analyse interviews, the data may include audio, video, transcripts, participant responses, interviewer questions and analysis outputs.

This data is used to support interview quality, decision consistency, bias insight and practical recommendations. We do not use interview data to make automated final hiring decisions about candidates.

Clients remain responsible for telling candidates, employees and other participants how their data will be used where they collect that data directly.

Assessments and behavioural insight

Where assessment or psychometric services are provided, we may process assessment responses, results, reports and related interpretation.

Assessment data may be used to support hiring, leadership development, team effectiveness, communication guidance, Nura Flow onboarding and advisory work.

Assessment results should be interpreted alongside human judgement and other relevant evidence. They should not be used as the sole basis for important employment decisions.

Automated decision-making

Unbiasly does not make automated final decisions about candidates, employees or other individuals.

Our tools and services are designed to provide insight, analysis and recommendations to support human decision-making. Final decisions remain with the relevant organisation and responsible human decision-makers.

Sharing personal data

We do not sell personal data.

We may share personal data with trusted third-party providers where needed to deliver, operate or improve our services. These may include:

  • transcription providers,
