Amerish Patel, the founder of Unbiasly, started his professional journey in an unconventional manner.

With a BA (Hons) in Interaction Design from Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication, Amerish was not just another designer; he was a visionary who saw the intersection of technology and human interaction as a playground for innovation.

Early in his career, Amerish exhibited a knack for entrepreneurial thinking, often watching his innovative concepts materialize in the real world, sometimes even coincidentally under the banner of major corporations.

This spark of entrepreneurism fueled by a passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I), especially as a neurodivergent thinker, would later become the bedrock of Unbiasly.
